I recently returned to this hotel and I'm glad I did. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Madonnina Santuario and a short walk from the St. John's catacombs and archaeological areas. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issues. Another great aspect is the hotel's own parking lot, which is a huge plus in this city. The half-pension deal including breakfast and dinner was a fantastic offer, especially for those with dietary restrictions as they cater to gluten-free options. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
No negative issues, everything was absolutely fine.

Although the hotel's location is opposite a modern Catholic church, it is very close to the archaeological park, which is perfect for those interested in history. the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and offers a decent breakfast. the furniture is outdated and the bathroom needs renovation.
The hotel lacks basic facilities like a fridge in the room and has thin walls, making it noisy.

Excellent price to quality rate. Good location, close to the ancient part of the town. Easy accessible by car. 24H reception, English speaking staff - not common on Sicily ;)

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff pays attention to detail, ensuring that the rooms have sufficient electrical sockets and even providing air conditioning for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony in my room, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel is excellent, being just opposite the Santuario and close to restaurants. It is also very convenient for those interested in visiting the nearby archaeological area.
Despite everything being ok during my stay.

Located near a beautiful sanctuary, this budget-friendly hotel still offers comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. the staff is friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. With nearby museums and historical sites, this hotel is perfect for travelers looking to explore the city.
The location is quite far from the city center, making it difficult to explore the surrounding areas by foot. the bathrooms were quite small and could use some updating.

The restaurant and food were good value and the restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful. They were also very calm and professional when dealing with a restaurant which was full because as well as ordinary visitors there was a group.
The room was a little bare - perhaps a picture or two on the wall would make it look better. It would be nice to have a bar rather than the drinks machine.

Good price for quality. Nice staff. Clean, very clean. Not so close to Ortygia but close enough. Close to other attractions
Not so close to Ortygia. The walls are too thing, you can hear the neightbour´s air conditioning and noises, but thank God people didnt stayed up until too late. High heels of the guess in the upper floor woke me up. :(
